- Responsible for creating and distributing invitations to KD's network & partners. 

- Hired and managed all vendors including, florists, lighting, production, exterior press set up, live & silent auction items, and celebrity live band. 

- Worked closely with the venue in menu & beverage selections and implementation / execution of the event timeline. 

- Handled travel, accommodations and ryders for all talent (Peter Rosenberg and The Roy Ayers Band). 

Meek Mill & Tidal Pre BET Awards Pool Party at the Mondrian Hotel. (2015) 

- Handled venue contract negotiations with the Mondrain Hotel and other hired vendors (florists, production) and cut costs by over $30,000. 

- Secured all promotional distribution items for sponsors: Tidal, Dusse; and created sponsor visibility opportunities throughout the event. 

Rihanna's New Years Eve Party at The 40/40 Club. (2015) 

- Asked to set up a private New Year's Eve party for Rihanna and her closest friends and family after her intimate dinner party at her NYC home. 

- Created a beautiful private party atmosphere equipped with hundreds of balloons, continuous bottle service and Rihanna's favorite 40/40 snacks.

- Managed guest list and entry to ensure everyone was welcomed and properly escorted to the event. 

Charged with setting up the After Party for the Roc City Classic, a Kanye West concert that took place in the middle of NYC's Madison Square Park during NBA All Star Weekend. (2015)

- Facilitated key sponsor branding opportunities through onsite activations, and exterior step & repeat press set up. 

- Worked closely with the city permitting office to ensure all event details were in compliance with the city regulations for the weekend. 

Venue point of contact for the New York Jets NFL Draft Party at The 40/40 Club. (2015) 

- Lead in venue obligations, which include menu and kitchen timeline, staging, and staffing roles & responsibilities. 

- Ensured all venue responsibilities were executed properly and efficiently.

Tasked to plan Kevin Durant's 26th Birthday and the after party for NBA 2K 2015 cover release at Electric Room in the Dream Downtown Hotel. (2014). 

- Succeeded in creating and executing a private personal birthday party for Kevin Durant and his closest friends and family, which included liquor sponsor management, personalized candy station, social media event development, photo booth design, extensive decor and entertainment. 

Tasked with creating a 2 day Las Vegas summit for Kevin Durant, showcasing his profile to existing and potential corporate partners. (2014)

- Create, send & manage invites for all invited guests. 

- Secure and plan all hotel activities; including setting room and event space accommodations, select dining venues and finalizing menus, along  with complete decor creation and execution. 

- Responsible for creating all summit printed materials, artwork displays and step & repeat signs. 

- Ensured visual presence of all partners at the summit; including product placement of Sparkling Ice water throughout reserved hotel event space, Kind Bar inclusion with all snack services and Nike placement in gift bag distribution. 

Venue point of contact for the Marucci Sport MLB All Star Party at The 40/40 Club. (2013) 

- Tasked with the exterior press set up of the red carpet, step & repeat sign, lighting, permits and press box. 

- Coordinated event run of show and talent arrivals as well as point of contact for all venue operations for the client.

Created the 10 year anniversary celebration for The 40/40 Club. (2013)

- Conceptualized, designed and distributed custom invitations for all celebrity guests. 

- Arranged a unique branded video wall, press box, and secured street permits for celebrity arrivals. 

- Managed food & beverage selections along with custom staff attire. 

- Handled complete execution to ensure all event aspects were properly managed. 

Tasked to create a Fundraiser hosted by Jay Z & Beyonce for the Barak Obama Presidential Election Campaign (2012) 

- Point of contact for event development and creation with the Obama Campaign. 

- Managed extensive walkthroughs with the United States Secret Service along with the campaign team.

- Ensured USSS received all employee information to properly vet and review individual background information. 

- Handled all venue operations which include; menu and cocktail selection, floral arrangements, vendor needs, the president's speech logistics and staging as well as event run of show.

40/40 Club NFL Draft Party. (2012) 

- Tasked with setting up a fun and lively NFL Draft & New York Giants Super Bowl victory party for players & press. Created a comfortable environment equipped with music, food and bottle service for the top athletes in the world. 

Lead in planning the Michael Jackson themed MTV Super Sweet 18th Birthday Party for Chris Brown. (2007) 

- Tasked to provide all decorative ideas and execute approved concepts by CB's management & MTV. 

- Designed & created the Michael Jackson inspired step & repeat sign as well as designed and sourced the unique ipod custom cake.

- Created & executed the run of show, and handled the direct live call from Michael Jackson to Chris Brown during the event. 

Lead in set up and organization of Jay Z's All White Album Release Party at The 40/40 Club. (2007) 

- Conceptualized and organized the transformation of The 40/40 Club from a dark slate sports lounge into an all white Miami cabana-style venue. 

- Worked with seamstresses, florists and a production crew in transforming the venue within 24 hours. Including extensive draping, custom pillow coverings and acrylic bar wrapping. 

Charged with arranging decor for the birthday celebration, VMA After Party & album release party for Beyonce's "B-Day" album. (2006)

- Managed the creation of a 10 x 5 foot floral arch/wall and all floral arrangements within the venue, inspired by Louisiana scenery and visuals. 

- Executed the retrieval of 500 honey bees from across the country to include in a visual "bee" decorative image, and managed all vendors used during the event (lighting, photobooth, etc). 

ESPN Deportes Inaugural Upfront event at The 40/40 Club. (2006)

- Charged with executing permits & exterior set up of The 40/40 Club, including press risers, street/sidewalk permits and step & repeat signage. 

- ESPN's lead point of contact at the venue, and tasked with monitoring all set up, custom stage creation and live musical performance execution. 

Managed over 20 bar / bar mitzvahs in New York City for NYC's most elite families. (2009 - 2017) 

- Consistently tasked with event creation, production, execution, vendor retrieval and management along with all details for each event. 

- Conveyed cutting edge ideas and innovative designs to families to integrate within their event, and managed spacing and floor plans to ensure proper event flow and placement.
